Add a new committer to Sedona
Hi Felix, I'd like to add a new committer, Yitao Li from R Studio, to Apache Sedona, possiblely PMC member in the future. Yitao recently became a contributor to Sedona and he is in charge of R binding for Sedona [1] He is interested in being a committer of Sedona and will dedicate to the R interface of Sedona in a long term. Currently, we don't have any R experts in our team. Being a committer will grant him the write access to Sedona repo and the private@s.a.o. Could you please let me know how to proceed?
