Re: Code sprint starting Monday. Interest in trying SIS in Sedona?

2024-02-25 Thread Jia Yu
Dear Martin,

Thanks for reaching out. I recommend Furqaan Khan, an Apache Sedona
committer, to participate in this code sprint and work with you on
this.

Furqaan, would you like to reach out to Martin?

Thanks,
Jia

2024-02-26 Thread Martin Desruisseaux

Hello Furqaan

Thanks for volunteering! The code sprint is starting today, with a
mentor stream starting soon. If you are physically present at the code
sprint, it would be ideal. Otherwise, you can connect to the discord
channel given in the "Period and location" section of [1]. There is an
"apache-sis" channel. I should be there after 13:30 UTC today, and all
day tomorrow and Wednesday.

    Regards,

        Martin

Hi Martin,

I am unfortunately not there in person. I did join Discord, thanks for the
link. However, I didn't see the "apache-sis" channel on the Discord server.

No, it doesn't. I don't have access to that channel, possibly due to the
role I have been assigned.
