I'm currently logged in -- cgimenez instead of login at the top right corner.
On the root page (builds.apache.org), I don't see a configure option on the
left hand side. I do see one in my user profile, but that's exclusively user
settings.
Edit: I also don't see a "Configure" option on the LHS while on the Distill
build page.
