The commons/testing module still refers to org.apache.sling.api 2.1.0, so its 
mock classes are not compatible with later versions, which is troublesome when 
testing more modern code.

The module should be updated to the latest sling.api, and mock classes adapted 
accordingly.

Since SLING-3244 was fixed could we also get a 2.0.16 release
for org.apache.sling.commons.testing?
