Stale installer/pom.xml

Hi,

The installer modules are listed in the main pom but there's also an
installer/pom.xml, can we remove it?

yepp, we once decided to directly references all modules from the root pom
and get rid of intermediate reactor poms

ok, I have removed to redundant installer/pom.xml
