consolidated patches to five files into one patch file

This is a consolidated patch file that is just a concatonation of the five
patch files.

Documentation is in spamc.pod and the pod comments in spamd.raw. All new
command options are described in the help as well as the man pages from pod.

I've tried to match coding style.

I'm going to bring up a test spamd server and test spamc client and further
test to make sure the TLS version options all work.

Current rulename is T_HK_RANDOM_FROM_NAME and it's garbage: s/o=0.285

We can try making it looser by adding letters that are common in German
multi-consonant names, but I am pretty sure that's not going to improve it.

I just sent in the ICLA. Second time was a charm. First time files was too
big.

As so which patches, all of them except the one that is marked "preliminary"
and "not tested":

patch-spamc__libspamc.c
patch-spamc__libspamc.h
patch-spamc__spamc.c
patch-spamc__spamc.pod
patch-spamd__spamd.raw

The comment trail describes the changes to each file.

These have not changed since Nov 2015 and have been used as local patches since
then. I'm using the FreeBSD ports collections and have built most recently on
July 25 of this year. So they have been tested for three years now.

If you prefer I can just concatonate the individual patch files into one file.

[Bug 6104] X-Spam-Report improperly wrapped

Bill Cole changed:

   What|Removed |Added

 Resolution|--- |FIXED
 Status|REOPENED|RESOLVED

I don't object to the naive tab expansion, since preformatted multiline email
headers are intrinsically a fragile botch anyway and cannot ever be "fixed" in
a universally satisfactory way that won't get mangled later on by a perfectly
compliant agent configured to different whims.

However, it is important to understand that:

1. Tabstops are not necessarily set to 8 times the width of a monospaced font.
That is entirely a function of an individual's display preferences and other
choices are probably more common in modern systems.

2. Even when tabstops are set to 8 spaces, the visual width of a tab can be
anywhere from 1 to 8 spaces depending on the wrap of the surrounding text. For
our purposes, the simplistic tab => 8 spaces expansion isn't terrible, but it
is far from perfect.

3. Any agent handling a message is free to re-wrap any headers to its own
arbitrary formatting whims within the loose rules of RFC5322 and its ancestors.
Any attempt to "fix" formatting of folded email headers will eventually be
broken by someone somewhere.

I have also bumped the default report_wrap_width down to 70 to prevent going
over 80 by default.

I believe you have misunderstood the problem.

The problem does not lie in configuring the wrap size.

The problem lies in the fact that the size of tab character should be counted
as 8. not 1.

it's the Mail::SpamAssassin::Util::wrap that should be changed.
