[STORM-1931] Share mapper and selector in Storm-Kafka
[STORM-1931](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-1931)
Storm Kafka's mapper and selector and Storm Kafka trident's mapper and
selector are the same .
I try to merge them into one .
