These are all good things to bring up.  If you look at the link sent out in
the reminder emails ( https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/May2016 ) there's a
template to fill out.  I've copied it below.  I'd recommend either sending
it out as a draft with the contents filled out to the group, or putting out
on confluence, or both (I think thus far, Anatole has done it via mailing
lists which works fine).  Once the report's complete, please post it to the
incubator wiki (at the link above).  Let me know if you need access.
