Re: Add sorting and paging features in loop component

2010-11-11 Thread françois facon
Hi Deti,

Why not using grid?
did you have a look at
http://jumpstart.doublenegative.com.au/jumpstart/examples/tables/sortedgrid

If you have lot of date to display, I suggest you to have a look
at the with gridDataSource interface.
http://tapestry.apache.org/tapestry5/apidocs/org/apache/tapestry5/grid/GridDataSource.html

The prepare method is called by the grid with all the sorting constraints
if your are using Hibernate there is a existing implementation for hibernate
http://tapestry.apache.org/tapestry5/apidocs/org/apache/tapestry5/hibernate/HibernateGridDataSource.html

Re: Ready for 5.2.3?

2010-11-11 Thread Christophe Cordenier
Hi

Looks like there is a bug in LocalizationSetter.isSupportedLocaleName,
since local are stored in lower case...
This prevent the developer from using the PersistentLocal service to change
the locale

Is there something I have missed ?

Re: Add sorting and paging features in loop component

2010-11-11 Thread deti

Hi François,
Thanks for your reply.

I choose not to use grid because grid component do not support the design of
my application. The design wanted a space between the header table and the
content. I'm also need to put an icon inside the header table. So I prefer
to use loop. But now I need to implement paging and sorting by myself.

Thank you
Deti
