Weird Reponse for a HTTP request on HTTPS(SSL) port

Hi

I'am using tomcat 7.0.55 with this configuration:
Debian 7.x
Java 1.7.0_67-b01


I'am getting some wierd reaction whenever I do a simple "HTTP" request
on the SSL port. Other webserver (nginx) sending a 400 Bad Request
response.
With Chrome webbrowser a File is being downloaded.
At the moment iam not sure if this is a real bug.
