Ok, I got this issue, Actually, there are two issues about this problem. 

First Make weex support 64bit sdk for android, then Fix JavaScriptCore license 
problems. 

I will handle both of them.

Please be noticed Weex cannot publish any release before LGPL issue is settled. 
In worst case, you may have checkout from master branch and compile it on your 
own hand. I’m sorry if that troubles you.
