[Dev] How to assemble multiple services into a single service
Hi: I have created 3 data services, and I also created a business process to invoke these 3 data services in order. Later, I found these 3 services are always used together, and I think it is better to find a way assemble these three services to one service, so they can more easily get to be invoked by other processes. I do not know how to do it. I have tried to create a specific process to include these 3 services, so other process can only invoke this specific process, but it does not work! Does anyone know how to do? stevegyc___ Dev mailing list Dev@wso2.org http://wso2.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/dev

Re: [Dev] Configuration location for jaggery apps
Hi Manu, What do we are going to keep in repository/conf? Is it all configurations for that app or just the env dependent configs? My point is, if apps have env independent configs, where do we keep them. If we keep them too in repository/conf, then that would not be scalable. So, are we going with two locations for configs or ?? How about loading configs from each app by looking at the repository/conf directory? i.e. They can override the config from repository/conf directory. If it has one, then that will be picked, else what can be seen within the app will be picked. But, not sure how would be the experience when we have the same config in two places. /Ruchira On Fri, Apr 25, 2014 at 12:16 PM, Manuranga Perera m...@wso2.com wrote: Hi Chintana, Sagara, you are correct about the user written apps. this discussion is about jaggery apps we ship by default with wso2 products. [Dev] Updating the Synapse version of carbon-rules
During the run time of the ESB 4.9.0-SNAPSHOT we had an error with the rule mediator. After some debugging and analysis on the issue, we found out that the rule module doesn't get activated. 390 INSTALLED org.wso2.carbon.rule.mediation_4.3.0.SNAPSHOT osgi diag 390 reference:file:../plugins/org.wso2.carbon.rule.mediation_4.3.0.SNAPSHOT.jar [390] Constraints from the fragment conflict with the host: Import-Package: org.apache.synapse; version=[2.2.0,3.0.0) Constraints from the fragment conflict with the host: Import-Package: org.apache.synapse.config.xml; version=[2.2.0,3.0.0) Constraints from the fragment conflict with the host: Import-Package: org.apache.synapse.mediators; version=[2.2.0,3.0.0) Constraints from the fragment conflict with the host: Import-Package: org.osgi.framework; version=[1.7.0,2.0.0) Constraints from the fragment conflict with the host: Import-Package: org.wso2.carbon.rule.common; version=[4.3.0,5.0.0) Constraints from the fragment conflict with the host: Import-Package: org.wso2.carbon.rule.common.config; version=[4.3.0,5.0.0) Constraints from the fragment conflict with the host: Import-Package: org.wso2.carbon.rule.common.exception; version=[4.3.0,5.0.0) Constraints from the fragment conflict with the host: Import-Package: org.wso2.carbon.rule.kernel.engine; version=[4.3.0,5.0.0) Direct constraints which are unresolved: Missing optionally imported package org.apache.synapse_[2.2.0,3.0.0). Re: [Dev] Not getting response in try-it in FF browser
Hi, I also faced a similar issue when I was using the Try-It tool in WSO2 DSS in Firefox (to test a sample [1]). I think the issue is related to the default ACCEPT header [3] values used by the two browsers. Header in the request from Firefox: ACCEPT: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8 Header in the request from Chrome: ACCEPT: */* Since there is application/xml value in the ACCEPT header of the Firefox request, server responds with a plain XML message instead of a SOAP message. But for the request from Chrome, server responds with a SOAP message since the ACCEPT header value is */*. When the response is processed to show in the Try-It tool, it looks for a SOAP body in the response ( line 523 of WSRequest.js [2]). Since there is no SOAP body in response for Firefox browser, the results failed to render. One solution for this issue is to set the ACCEPT header explicitly in the request.
