Re: [Dev] JSON payload being null inside script message context

2018-01-09 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi Milinda,

I have tried the suggestion and that way I can access the message payload.
I can see in the axis2.xml in apim 2.2.0 this configuration is commented
and uses JsonBuilder instead.

Is there any specific reason to use JsonBuilder and what would be the
impact of using JsonStreamBuilder?

Thanks and Regards,

[Dev] JSON payload being null inside script message context

2018-01-09 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi,

I'm using a script mediator to get JSON payload inside an API sequence. I'm
using a payload as follows.

curl -X POST --header 'Content-Type: application/json' --header
'Accept: application/xml' --header 'Authorization: Bearer
c4f97c6e-60fc-3c26-97ad-48b9c9fa4566' -d '{ \
   "PhoneNumbers": ["123456789"] \
 }' 'https://10.100.7.133:8243/phoneVerify/1.0.0/checkPhoneNumbers

I'm accessing the payload inside the script mediator as follows.

 var payload = mc.getPayloadJSON();

There I get following exception at the script mediator on the json payload
being null.

[2018-01-09 20:37:55,454] ERROR - ScriptMessageContext JSON object is null.
[2018-01-09 20:37:55,458] ERROR - ScriptMediator The script engine returned
an error executing the inlined js script function mediate

but I have looked into the wirelogs and the json message comes to the
sequence.

[2018-01-09 20:37:55,445] DEBUG - wire HTTPS-Listener I/O dispatcher-6 >>
"Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.9,nl;q=0.8[\r][\n]"
[2018-01-09 20:37:55,445] DEBUG - wire HTTPS-Listener I/O dispatcher-6 >>
"[\r][\n]"
[2018-01-09 20:37:55,445] DEBUG - wire HTTPS-Listener I/O dispatcher-6 >>
"{[\n]"
[2018-01-09 20:37:55,445] DEBUG - wire HTTPS-Listener I/O dispatcher-6 >>

[2018-01-09 20:37:55,445] DEBUG - wire HTTPS-Listener I/O dispatcher-6 >>
"}"

What could be the reason for this? Any other suggestions to access message
context inside a script mediator.

Thanks and Regards,
Sameera.

[Dev] JSON to XML object array conversion

2018-01-05 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi,

I'm generating a soap message from a JSON payload and there I would get
custom object arrays for the payload. An example message format would be
like below.

{
   "phoneNumbers":[
  {
 "number":"",
 "person":""
  }
   ]
}

respective soap message should be like this.

I have used a payload factory mediator for the simple object types(without
arrays) and I use property mediator to access the object fields so that I
can inject them using an argument to the message template used for payload
factory. But when getting an array of as mentioned payload the argument
should be populated with following elements for the size of the array.

* *
* *
* *
* *

In this case, is there a way I can use payload factory with property
mediator? Or Is there a recommended mediators I can use for this scenario?

Thanks and Regards,
Sameera,

I have defined a custom event mapping on the event reciever as ,

[Dev] [IoTs] Update Device properties of a enrolled device

2017-11-26 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi,

I have created a device type using iot device management APIs and I have
defined several properties when created device type. So at the enrollment
time, I push the initial values for these properties using
DeviceManagementProviderService[1]. But when I try to update the device
properties after enrollment it did not get updated. I have used both
*updateDeviceInfo*[2] and *modifyEnrollment*[3] methods in
DeviceManagementProviderService. Is there a service which can be used to
update the device properties?

[Dev] Invalid grant for url encoded password parameter in auth token request

2017-01-19 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi all,

I am trying to get auth token from '/oauth2/token' endpoint using following
request which accesses oauth2 webapp deployed from
identity-inbound-auth-oauth extension in EMM.

curl -k -d "username=test_user=default appm:read
device:android:enroll device:android:event:manage configuration:view
device:android:disenroll=test%26grant_type=password" -H
"Authorization: Basic
blZYOWd5aFVIdmEzUEMxWjZmcnpTT19yWWdFYTpiUHliOVE3MXVuS1g4dWdXNE5QU3B2MmxJTFVh"
-H "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded"
https://10.42.0.68:9443/oauth2/token

This request is equivalent to the request constructed in EMM. The issue I
get is whenever I enter a password with special characters (&,!,é) and it
is url encoded such as test& -> test%26 and it will give a invalid grant.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be much appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

[Dev] [EMM] Registry Exception thrown at EMM publisher/store login

2016-10-06 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi all,

After login to the EMM app publisher/store we can see the following error:

After some debugging it seems to be both APIM feature and APPM feature
trying to execute same query at the registry
path
/_system/config/repository/components/org.wso2.carbon.registry/queries/tag-summary
[1]. Since they are different queries [2] & [3] when loading the APPM
publisher/store components it triggers this error. Then I built
carbon-appmgt locally by giving a different path to store query scripts.
Then the issue is fixed. Seems like if it can be done to either of the
components this issue can be fixed. Any help or suggestions highly
appreciated.

[Dev] [PC] Undeploying a web app when activating a specific profile

2016-08-15 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi all,

I tried to add two profiles for process publisher & store and process
analytics other than the default profile in Process Center. When I activate
the publisher-store profile, analytics related web app (analytics.war) is
deployed with other web apps and since there are no analytics features
available for this profile I get the following error:

Is there a way I can prevent deploying or undeploy this web app when

Any help is appreciated.

[Dev] [PC] Analytics charts visualization using VizGrammar

2016-08-03 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi all,

I have used VizGrammar js for chart generation for Process Center
analytics. There I give data as follows,

 [{
  "metadata": {
"names": [
  "Task Instance Id",
  "Execution Time"
],
"types": [
  "ordinal",
  "linear"
]
  },
  "data": []
}]

where data is given as a json array with tulpes of (Task Instance
Id,Execution Time) like ["15091",11455],["15069",11545] and they are given
in the sorted order on execution time. But the visualization seems like
it's sorted on Task Instance Id [1]. I need to visualize charts sorted by
execution time. What can be cause for this? Any help is appreciated.

[Dev] [PC] VizGrammar svg transformation

2016-07-11 Thread Sameera Gunarathne
Hi,

I am using VizGrammar visualization library for render analytics charts in
DS gadgets. There if the vertical axis data values are quite long and a
part of the data would not be displayed[1] . This must be due to the
default transformation of the svg and it is not enough to display all data
values. Is there a way to configure the transformation of svg in vizg?
