I found the problem.

api-manager.xml and identity.xml were using different data sources, and
because of this it was not able to get the generated keys and displayed
that message.

Hi,

I am facing a weird issue. I have an app on Api Manager and I am able to
generate the keys for that app.

But if I leave the APP page, and go back to it to see the keys, I got this
error message:

Error! You have partially created keys. Please click the Clean Up button
and try again.


And if I click on Clean Up, I am not able to create the key again for that
App, because it throws some errors related to constraints.

Does someone has faced similar issue and have any clue on how to fix that?
