 I have added more fixes to carbon-apimgt  now we can build
 carbon-apimgt components without any compilation errors.Further I updated
 corresponded carbon versions and added  latest APIM changes also. I have
 made a pull request [1] please merge it to the [2] repo. After that  please
 send the Pull request to [3].

I had a look into this issue. While working on this I have encountered
multiple compilation errors in carbon-apimgt. I have to fix them first.

We are getting the following error when building the Greg product and this
is a blocker for us. The versions need to be updated.
