[Dev] Build error kernal branch

Hi Danushka, This seems to be due to the version tag being repeated twice in patches/patch0001/org.wso2.carbon.registry.core/pom.xml - Line 29 and Line 34. You can proceed with the build by deleting one of the duplicate tags (as a temp workaround).
