Changing it should be a straightforward fix in bin.xml, rest is taking care of from theme-mgt .. Hi all, Currently, when the super tenant logs in to a product, he/she sees product theme. But when a tenant logs in they see the cloud theme. But if the product is running in the standalone mode, shouldn't both users see the same product theme? IMO this can lead to several requests for patches in the future.
