Thanks for bringing this up.
We have not planned to do so.
+1 for removing unusable config elements.
Do you know the breakdown of usable and unusable elements. Can you create
an Improvement JIRA if you know them?
Lets keep the file for now, as not we are closing Beta9, and lets update
Doc about deprecation.
