Split logs are needed, Is it a separate log file for each interpreter 
process and user?
Display it in the Interpreter Process Monitoring 
Page(https://jira.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-3802) by looking up all log 
files that match the $InterpreterSettingName name, right?
