We have a situation where we pass a node directly to the cms:includeTemplate,
the node passed is found through inheritance so null is passed in if the node
isn't found.
With magnolia 4.2 this wasn't a problem however when we upgraded to 4.3.2 null
values appear to cause the template containing the tag to be returned by the
tag, thus creating infinite recursion and a server crash.
