That was specific to sl45i (the one with a memory card) and it might work with new ones but I haven't tried. That interface sends a file to a directory in card's memory, and that way you can send mp3, jar's, languages (if you know the format). Basically, each directory is associated with a content-type (audio/mp3) and if you send a file and a content-type, the mobile will dump the file into that directory. Mp3 sending works perfectly, although sending 8K message for a 1MB mp3 is not a viable solution ;) -- br/

Hi Stipe, yes of course - yesterday I tested successfully sending siemens-ota via kannel, first I tested sending midi-files, second and today I want to test bmp. The big disadvantage... many, many short-messages :-( ...but you can send all files, (vcf, bmp, mid, ...) to siemens-phones. Because the files are directly saved to the phone-memory (or multimedia-card in the phone). And siemens-ota is only splitting and encoding files to shortmessages. If all tests are done, I want to make a tutorial :-) Dominik.
