I thought about applying that and fixing this... but that package has
never been touched by it's current maintainer. The only things in the
change logs are mass rebuilds and a few provenpackagers fixing it.

IMHO, it might be better to just let it die.

A recent update has changed behaviour. After logging in via GDM, the
screen turns black, the mouse pointer can be moved but only sluggishly,
and the first login attempt takes _some time_. Then the familiar background
is _zoomed in_ (for whatever reason there may be).

Once I've lost the mouse pointer at that black screen, and when GNOME
Shell had been started, I could only navigate with an invisible mouse
pointer to log out and log back in, which worked, btw.

As long as we aren't planning to do a major version update before
F19 releases. I can handle minor changes. There are only 4 bugs
filed, and based on the summaries, they don't look too bad. It seems
to be working in rawhide right now.

Yep, works for me. Then, let's plan on the major update for F20.

I applied for co-maintainer status.

On MATE I'm using "mousetweaks". Is there much of a difference and a
reason as to why it's not working on Gnome 3?

I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to downgrade the packages,
but there were too many. I am wiping both F18->rawhide and rawhide LVs and
starting anew from F18 with blacklisted cogl-1.13.4, this time with system
snapshots.

Have anyone else bitten by this talked to cogl developers yet?

You could use a more neutral name like "hot crash reports" or "Top 10
crashes" . Something along those lines sounds less judgmental than
"buggy". Abrt doesn't really handle bugs. Just crashes. Those aren't
the same thing really.
