Guidelines unclear for unretire of a branch
I would like to unretire the epel7 branch of LibRaw, per the guidelines[1] this woudl require a re-review, but that would only make sense if the whole package was retired, not an epel branch. Why would we re-review something that still have active branches (specifically rawhide)?
