FWIW :
just in 2015-06-08 with [1], I think I got fixed my problems with
graphics corruption, I hope it's not too soon to say that 

and [2] I got an update (not pushed yet to testing) : 

On F21 happened a major upgrade of Intel drive to version 3 ...

Yes, you're right I tought that it was an issue for every graphic Intel
chipset, but this issue involve only old Intel video cards...

Anyway the problem with Intel driver does exist, and it's great that it was
detected and fixed...

Interestingly I also see this error and usually it tends to be associated
with GNOME instability and lockups or crashes.  There's a thread about
this, specifically in reference to Intel Haswell.  I get crashes and
lockups occasionally and when this happens that error message scrolls
several times.

I don't have a solution for you, but I also experience this error, and
have ever since, I think, kernel 3.16 or so. It seems like a harmless
error, the system seems to work normally. Nevertheless, it should get
fixed if it is a bug.
