Orphaning Arduino

I'm afraid I don't have the time to dedicate to Arduino that it deserves,
not using it myself, so I'm going to give up being the main contact for the
package.

The package needs an update to a new major version, and there are new
dependencies that need packaging for that to be able to happen.  Any takers?
