By the way, the badge description is outdated:
"I voted: Fedora 32 -- Participated in the Fedora 30 Elections!"

Is this whole badge thing really worth the effort of keeping it all running? 
Even correct descriptions seem to be too much work!

Ben,

This has actually happened before the move started. It may be an issue with 
the Badges app. I mentioned this in #fedora-admin when I voted on the 28th of 
last month. (I later got the badge with the URL generated by voting for a 
different position)

I disabled them as it seemed that they were failing all builds. 

I'll go ahead and re-enable the z/vm ones again now that the cache is
sorted out.

I see only the 2nd group (KVM) of s390x builders being enabled, is that
right?
