At the beginning of January he went to Indonesia for quite long trip (4 months 
IIRC).
Before he left he tried to appoint at least one other guy as point of contact 
on PkgDb for all his packages.
E.g. for rubygem-minitest there is humaton and two others.
He is reading emails occasionally though. It may take days or even weeks before 
he reply as he may be in deep jungle
(literally).

Neal,

via a public provider. I was unaware of his website. I will try reaching out
