Thanks for testing 802B5! I'll downgrade the activities you suggest -- and
there are reports that hint at some mixup with kernel setup that leads to a
subtle bug.

Hopefully I'll have an 802B6 Real Soon.

  for established tcp connections, as well as any non-mdns outbound
  traffic, within 5 seconds of the target time, will all keep the
  suspend inhibited.
* Record v66, remove bundled broken libgstvideorate.so, fixing "Record only
  records a few frames of video with Xv" (#10070)
* Pull F11 updates.
