Note that we already have two language versions of the codebase - Portuguese and English. (They're not *quite* identical yet; getting there.)

Existing code (written by Roberto and licensed under the LGPL) is on the wiki page, linked above. It's playable right now, if by "playable" you mean 'the program rums as per the instructions provided, and you can see your character walk around the world."
