Hi

I upgraded KDE-4.7.4 some days ago.

Until now, no problems found .

if there is any component to be tested, I could test it

Didn't find any problems myself.
Guess it can be moved into main.

Some days ago I seen a user complaining on IRC about entropy wanting to
remove knetworkmanager without installing any alternative (the "new", I
guess, package: networkmanagement), shouln't it be pulled automatically
by the update?
Installing kde-meta or kdenetwork-meta doesn't seem to pull
kde-misc/networkmanagement on my system.

It should.
If correct it got "package moved" by SPM.

@Fabio can you confirm this bug?

Yeah, but since it was on an overlay I don't know how the rename was
handled upstream/in-tree.

Can we have a migration hook for this case?
Perhaps point this out on the notice board otherwise?

It is already in place AFAIK.
If you have knm it should migrate to kde-misc/nm

Yeah, that was probably me!

I was using sabayon-weekly. Fresh install, updated everything, and entropy
recommended I removed knetworkmanager (it didn't remove it automatically).
Silly me, I assumed the replacement had been installed, but it hadn't.

Hi

I've a SL-K64 with sabayon-weekly reposit. only and I see kde-4.7.4 upgrade.

is that correct?
