[SailfishDevel] activesync account problem
Hi list, I'm not sure if this is something that belongs here... if it doesn't belong here: apologies... I'm having a problem adding an ActiveSync account (from SOGo) to my phone. The same account works on outlook and android, so it looks like something jolla-specific. It verifies my password successfully, but after clicking the final 'Save', I receive: oops account could not be added. (very briefly, before the actual error occurs, it says something like: checking policies...) The account however does appear in my email box, but never contains any mails, always stays in Updating... Again: I realise this is the devel list..! If there is a better place to ask/discuss this, kindly let me know. Hi, I've never been able to get email fully working on the Jolla either. I can receive email via IMAP, but can't send via SMTP. I just get the Problem with sync message. Same here. Used an authenticating outgoing mailserver, tls on port 465. MJ ___ SailfishOS.org Devel mailing list

My list of questions/issues: - there doesn't seem to be a way to interact with facebook / twitter, even though I have added those accounts. (or am I missing something..?) - on my N9 I could swipe to the right/left to get to the 'running apps' screen. That doesn't seem to work anymore. - And yes: I too miss N9 swype to enter text. I hope we'll see that back..! - I'd like to see a dutch T9/swype dictionary, for me the interface language could stay english only - Caldav! Without it, jolla can not become my primary daily phone.
