- We do perform hot add of disk and NIC in ovirt-system-tests, AFAIR.

Important thing to note would be if this is a real hw or lago/virtual host, and 
whether there is a history of adding/removing of a device on that host while 
running.

it is a known issue: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1315100 (ugly 
stack trace but not dangerous by itself)
caused by underlying libvirt issue:

which seems to be hard to reproduce consistently and no one have found a good
