patch 4.6.99.26-4.6.99.27.diff.bz2 fails

Hello,

Following my previous messages on patching problems for sdk tarjets, Marc 
fixed this
in the last patch. See changelog :
 160. Fix various issues related to install.sdk targets when
  BuildModuleInSubdir is asserted during a build  (Marc La France,
  problem reported by Loic Mahe).

This patch is applied (on the Imakefiles), but the compilation process 
fails :

Sorry, it wasn't very clear.

Yes indeed, but it does make changes to the corresponding Imakefiles and
this seems sufficient to break things. I still use the same config file
and I simply added this patch to the list in the .spec file.
The error does not occur when applying the patch, but during the 
compilation.
