Hi everyone we have strange behaviour in AX2009 SP1 + GLS + RU3
Sometimes it seems users get AX windows that stop responding. In the list of the available windows inside AX these windows no longer appear in the list but in the OS taskbar they are there and can be selected but nothing can be done with them (including moving them around) I can open new windows in AX and they appear and act normal Does anyone know any ideas why this is? If seems like these windows have been lost by the AOS and so not considered as part of the users AX client session anymore It seems like it happens more with users who are working on inventory journals but cannot confirm anything about that Has anyone else had this or have any ideas what to check on?
