Custom forms MAY work in dataset reports, but it depends. Are you getting
any JavaScript errors in the dataset reports? Any server errors?
Are you using any custom JavaScript in your forms?

I'm using this code to display a map in a report. DHIS 2.25

but the borders do not show , I've also tried with a thematic layer.T he
points of the facilityshow but not the boundries or thematic layers. What

There seems to be a problem with the monthly periods in tracker - please 
register this as a bug in Jira.

The problem with the Program Indicators from different years I was not able to 
reproduce. Using the pivot table app I am able to see program indicator values 
from different years in the same table. Can you provide some more info on your 
indicator, alternatively  send the database to me offline?

[Dhis2-devs] Completeness above 100% and inconsistency in reporting rates

We had been struggling with this issue along with other users and we
haven't received much to conclude it. Please any help to close the
subject? It is also on JIRA: https://jira.dhis2.org/browse/DHIS2-300.

Kindly note that when our instance is on 2.22 the reporting rate was
working fine. This issue occurs whenever we upgrade our system beyond
2.22.

Dear Gerald,
Use mozilla firefox to extract the data.
Do Ctrl A,Ctrl C
Open your blank excel and do ctrl V.
