[Dhis2-devs] Unable to update password using API in 2.28

2017-12-04 Thread Victor Garcia
Hi all,

I am having troubles trying to update users' password through the API. The
issue is explained in this JIRA issue
. I have read previous email
threads about the same subject and I have tried different payload
combinations, but so far I have not found anything that works...

Any help would be very appreciated!

[Dhis2-devs] Data Set Issue

2017-12-04 Thread gerald thomas
Dear All,
I am having two different DataSets by the name of RC School and LC
School sharing the same data elements and category combination. During
data entry when I entered information on the RC School DataSet it
saves but when i switched to LC School the information of RC School
DataSet is present of LC School and whatever changes done on LC School
DataSet will automatically reflect on RC School DataSet.

Please can anyone help.

Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] Data Set Issue

2017-12-04 Thread Absolom MURAMIRA
Hi Gerald,
May be you could try creating two attribute options for the dataset as RC
School and LC
School. That way, you will be having two blank forms for every orgunit/period.
Hope that helps.

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Data Set Issue

2017-12-04 Thread gerald thomas
Dear all,
Thanks for your help.
I am was only using two schools for explanation purposes. But the scenario
is much more complex. I have 32 schools of which the partners didn’t want
us to use them on their current hierarchy; so we decided to use each school
as a DataSet but that didn’t work either. The idea of attributes came up
before but i am sure it doesn’t work with category combinations.
Please what is the best option

2017-12-04 Thread Mohamed Bangura
You can use a single data set for all the org units(I.e schools in your own
case) as long as they all have common data elements.

I think you could use attributeoptioncombos for this instead of categories:
