Re: [Dhis2-devs] Event Reports App authorities
Hi, Any comment from the devs on this subjet? I am interested to know if this can be done or considered as a new feature. When you are going from aggregate to individual, having this possibility would save a lot of configuration work in terms of creation of indicators (to keep the same level of analysis to users that should only see aggregate data). Thank you in advance! [Dhis2-devs] Event Reports App authorities
Hi, The Event Reports App has two modalities of analysis: - Aggregated values - Events [image: image.png] Is there any way to give different access permissions as a function of user/user groups/user roles? Does it make any sense? Obviously Events is always seen as sensitive when it comes to data protection. It is the exact information introduced in the system line by line. However, the feeling is not always the same for Aggregated values, although I guess you could end up doing combinations that allow you to extract almost the same information (with more effort). Maybe that’s why both of them are mixed in the same App. In any case, this feature would give more granularity to authorities. Thank you in advance! Hi Allan, We had a similar error and in our case it was related to this indication in the update instructions: - *PostGIS* is now a required extension for PostgreSQL. Make sure to install and enable PostGis in your database before upgrading to DHIS 2.30. Please consult the installation guide <https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/implementer/html/install_server_setup.html#install_postgresql_installation> . Just in case is the same issue. Re: [Dhis2-devs] Error in 2.25 displaying graphs and tables when an organisationUnitGroupSet is defined as filter
Hi, We found out that the error was due to some organisationUnitGroups being part of more than one organisationUnitGroupSet. In those cases, if you list the organisationUnitGroups with an API call you get multiples instances for those organisationUnitGroups (one per orgUnitGroupSet they belong to). And in the end, this is the cause of inconsistencies with standard DHIS2 modules such as the one described above. We solved it by duplicating the orgUnitGroups so they belong only to one orgUnitGroupSet. This happened to us before with categoryOptionGroups and categoryOptionGroupSets and we solved it in the same way. But it took us some time to match both issues. Just in case you face the same issue! One question, is this the expected behaviour? Cheers! [Dhis2-devs] Error in 2.25 displaying graphs and tables when an organisationUnitGroupSet is defined as filter
Hi all! After upgrading from 2.21 to 2.25 we have found the following error: [image: Inline image 1] Code: 500 Status: Internal Server Error Not a valid dimension: BtFXTpKRl6n This uid, BtFXTpKRl6n, is an organisationUnitGroupSet that, in the Layout of a graph/table, is placed in the filter section. The tricky thing is that the behaviour is not always the same. Sometimes we can open those tables and graphs and sometimes not. In particular once we get the error, if we perform the Maintenance Task Clear application cache, it works again. But suddenly, after some time, we start getting the same error again in the same table/graph or in others with the only thing in common that they have this organisationUnitGroupSet as a filter. We are looking into it right now but if any of you have faced a similar problem or have an idea on what it could be, thank you for sharing! Cheers! [Dhis2-devs] Tracker capture. Error when writing a note.
Hello devs! We just noticed an error in Tracker Capture App related to Notes (DHIS2 version 2.25). It can be reproduced in the demo server by doing the following steps: 1) Register a new patient in one of the individual programs, in instance, TB Program. 2) Add a note, such as in the image below (a dashboard's note, not the ones you can add associated to the form). [image: Inline image 1] 3) Press the button Back. Look for the same patient and enter again in the dashboard of the program. Any tentative to complete the program instance raises the following error: [image: Inline image 2] Unrecognized field "heading" (class org.hisp.dhis.dxf2.events.event.Note), not marked as ignorable (3 known properties: "value", "storedBy", "storedDate"]) at [Source: java.io.BufferedInputStream@7c7adc35; line: 1, column: 420] (through reference chain: org.hisp.dhis.dxf2.events.enrollment.Enrollment["notes"]->java.util.ArrayList[0]->org.hisp.dhis.dxf2.events.event.Note["heading"]) *Note:* This does not happen if the program instance is completed just after adding the note (without pressing the back button). But in this case, if you enter again in the patient dashboard and you reopen the program instance, you will get the same error, preventing any modification. This is normal behavior, since patient data is normally registered at different times in tracker, and the note can be added at any point in the process. Can you have a look at that? Re: [Dhis2-devs] Program rule actions of type ASSIGN not working on SCHEDULED events
Hi! Any feedback on this issue so far? In case it is of any help, I noticed the following. When updating one dataelement in an event that was directly added (sign + in the user interface of the Tracker Capture) the payload generated was: {"event":"donHXNZZSoH","orgUnit":"ElSpSqucvZg","program":"ORvg6A5ed7z","programStage":"tmsr4EJaSPz", *"status":"ACTIVE"* ,"trackedEntityInstance":"v3YvuAkhpWs","dataValues":[{"dataElement":"xMYPMdmM3aY","value":5,"providedElsewhere":false}]} On the contrary, when updating the same dataelement in an event filled out after being scheduled (first scheduled, then assigned a date and filled out), the resulting payload was: {"event":"Ev4dLx6ujXm","orgUnit":"ElSpSqucvZg","program":"ORvg6A5ed7z","programStage":"tmsr4EJaSPz", *"status":"SCHEDULE"* ,"trackedEntityInstance":"v3YvuAkhpWs","dataValues":[{"dataElement":"iiRV3pv52oc","value":5,"providedElsewhere":false}]} It seems that the flag/property status is not updated to ACTIVE once the previous scheduled event is filled out and maybe this might be the cause of not executing programRuleActions (if there is some conditional code checking the *status*). This would be a very good improvement to us, since our programs contain many ASSIGN programRuleActions and not being able to schedule events prevents us from using standard functionalities such as Upcoming Events and Overdue Events. Hi! Mmm. In our case, 2.25, it is just related to that type of period (*Start/end dates'*), Other Event Reports tables are well rendered in dashboards and correctly opened in Event Report module (see below)... Re: [Dhis2-devs] [DHIS] Updating Program Version
Hi! In relation to this thread, we have noticed that whenever the program version gets incremented, ProgramTrackedEntityAttributes ids change. This leads to an error during metadata export to another DHIS2 instance (in which the program already exists) due to ProgramTrackedEntityAttributes id inconsistencies. It should be taken into account not to compromise meta-data sync. Regards! Alejandro On Thu, Oct 27, 2016 at 8:10 AM, Archana Chillala <archa...@thoughtworks.com > wrote: > Okay. [Dhis2-devs] Bug 2.25. Error when entering a program dashboard through the relationship link (for entities enrolled in more than one program)
Hi, Tested against https://play.dhis2.org/demo. In Tracker Capture, when there is a relationship, and we click in the existing link to go to the entity program dashboards, if that entity is enrolled in more than one program, the software does not enter in any of them by default. But, it does not display any active enrollments either... [image: Inline image 1] When we select one of the programs in which the entity is enrolled (see image below), the other enrollments appear again in the section Other programs. [Dhis2-devs] Event report tables added to dashboards are displayed 'blank' when period is selected as Start-End dates (2.25)
Hi! We have noticed (tested in https://play.dhis2.org) that any event report table that is defined with a period type *'Start/end dates'* instead of* 'Fixed and relative periods' *is displayed 'blank' when added to a dashboard (see image below). [Dhis2-devs] Bug in 2.25. Removing dataelements from a dataset with sections
Hi! I was trying to remove some dataelements from a dataset with sections in 2.25 (through the dataset menu) and I noticed the following: - You cannot see them in the dataset menu any more (as expected). - You cannot see them in the section menu any more (as expected). - They still appear in the data entry, when opening the just modified dataset (all cache cleanings done). I checked the database and it seems that the link between section and dataelement is still there (table sectiondataelements). Possible solutions would be to take this into account or not allow to remove a dataelement from a dataset if it is still assigned to a section. That behaviour has been reproduced in https://play.dhis2.org/ Regards!
