Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] WHO DQA tool and Zeros not storing in DHIS2
Hello Gerald, The Zeros were not stored so there won't be any way of recovering them. The only option would be for you to update the Data Entry with the Zeros again after you must have enabled the "Store Zero values" option. Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] WHO DQA tool and Zeros not storing in DHIS2
Hello Gerald, Storing of zeros in the DHIS2 is configured during the Data Element Creation stage. There is an option where you need to enable the Data Element to store zero values (see attached screen shot). [image: image.png] Once that is done for all the Data Elements, then the Form will be able to store Zero values. Re: [Dhis2-devs] Filtering indicators by OU
Hello Jaime, If I understand you correctly, you have three Data Elements that are all disaggregation of a particular Data Element X. Your initial design was that you created each of the DEs (A, B, C) as individual Data Elements. My understanding is that you merged them by creating a Category combination with a Data Dimension Type "Disaggregation" A, B and C as options and assigned to the Element Called X. If that is the case, during data entry, the system will disaggregate the Data Element X into X(A), X(B) and X(C). If you have gone this way, your analysis won't be an issue. Please verify and confirm if this is similar to what you want. Re: [Dhis2-devs] Use of one Data Element in differents Data set and/or Program
Hello Nahayo, You can use same Data Elements in different programs but not in Sarasota. The Model of Tracker Data Elements is different from the Aggregate Data Domain. For Tracker Data Elements, the Storage and Analysis is tied to a program and stage making it possible to reuse the Data Element in multiple programs and stages within same and different programs. It is however different for Aggression Data Domain where one Data Element should only be used in one Data Set. Hello Hakim, The assumption is that the "Days after due date" notification is for events that have been missed (i.e. the patient didn't come for the visit). One wouldn't assume a practical situation where you would want to use that trigger even when the event has been attended. If you'll want to send notifications to clients after the completion of a particular stage, it is better to use the options under "Program stage completion". [Dhis2-devs] Data Value Submission Date
Hello Devs, I have looked at the "datavalue" table and discovered there are two columns (created and lastupdated). This I assume are supposed to be be the date (time stamp) of submission and update of the data values. In trying to query the API for the data values, I however have issues with fetching either the created or lastupdated time stamps. Is there any way to fetch these two fields (time stamps) along side the data values? Your prompt response'll be highly appreciated. Re: [Dhis2-devs] Defining Compulsory Data Element Unsuccessfull
Yes. That should be possible if you have access to the DB and you know the element ID, categoryoptioncombo and attributeoptioncombo of both the old and new DEs. The easiest work around for me would be to export the data to CSV and import into the new DE. Would it then possible via SQL view (or another way?) to transfer the existing data of the old DE to the new one? Re: [Dhis2-devs] Defining Compulsory Data Element Unsuccessfull
Hello Raminosoa, The issue is because the Data Element has already been used for data entry and changing the property of the DE at this time will bring about some violations. The solution is to create another DE with the compulsory attribute and remove the previous one from the Dataset. But you might need to trade with the data that was previously entered using the DE. Hello Prosper, The only script specified in the upgrade instruction is "Run the database SQL upgrade script <https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-utils/blob/master/resources/sql/upgrade-223.sql> once before updating the WAR file. It only applies if you have set up program rules for your system.". This is to be done during the upgrade from 2.22 to 2.23. Hello Knut, Yes. I've tried clearing the browser cache and also using another browser plus chrome incognito mode but still get same result. The levels are also named (see attached Screen shot). [Dhis2-devs] Organisational Units Names
Hello All, We just upgraded our instance to 2.24 and discovered that the Organisational Unit names wouldn't display in GIS when I try to edit the layers i.e. Boundary, Layer 1, 2,3 and 4. See attached screen shot. Any help on how to resolve this will be appreciated. [Dhis2-devs] Organisational Unit Merge Function in Build 2.24
Hello All, We have just updated our instance to the 2.24 build with the hope of getting the Merge Organisational Unit function which was removed in 2.22 and 2.23 but not sure of where to locate it in the 2.24 build. The feature is very useful for merging duplicate organisational units (Facilities). Can any one help?
