Re: [Dhis2-devs] dhis2-cdn.org script resource query

2018-05-29 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Greg

You could reference the library from the dhis2 instance you are running.

Something like src="../dhis-web-visualizer/chart.js">

as the lib is in the visualizer app.

Please don't bother with this issue ... I found the error of my ways :)

I was zipping up the project folder and the manifest file was within the

Thanks for the help

../dhis-web-commons\javascripts\plugin/chart.js
../dhis-web-commons\javascripts\ext\resources\css\ext-plugin-gray.css

so something like

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Error in password reset and new user creation

2017-08-30 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Mike / Morten

We were experiencing the same issue and found that if you go to the
Settings > Access and then reselect the 'Minimum characters in password'.
Once the settings are updated, you will be able to add users and reset
passwords.

[Dhis2-devs] Optionset api not returning the name and code v2.26

2017-06-15 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi

We have a dropdown list of comment options linked to the dataelements as
option set comments but the drop down populates as undefined.

Upon checking the api (/api/optionSets/) to confirm what is returned, I see
it only returns the id not the other values.

this is what is returned in v2.26:
options:
[

   -
   {
  - id: "AMrXb7wAiKV"
  },
   -
   {
  - id: "yCLGIfdYbQ4"
  },

this is what is returned in v2.20:
options:
[

   -
   {
  - id: "AMrXb7wAiKV",
  - name: "#{1} No evidence",
  - code: "#{1} No evidence",
  - created: "2015-03-09T19:33:15.000+",
  - lastUpdated: "2015-03-09T19:33:15.000+",
  - href: "url "
  },
   -
   {
  - id: "yCLGIfdYbQ4",
  - name: "#{2} Evidence not valid/irrelevant",
  - code: "#{2} Evidence not valid/irrelevant",
  - created: "2015-03-09T19:33:15.000+",
  - lastUpdated: "2015-03-09T19:33:15.000+",
  - href: "url ."
  },

Is there a script that was neglected in the upgrade process or some other
setting that needs to be changed?

Regards
Pooben

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Yes/No fields no populating version 2.26

2017-06-13 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Lars

Its an aggregate form. I've changed the display of the radio buttons and
now the values pull through but the changing of the field type from drop
downs to radio buttons has deleted some of the custom code that was
attached to the fields.

[Dhis2-devs] Yes/No fields no populating version 2.26

2017-06-12 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Devs

We got a custom HTML in version 2.20 that populates values(in the drop down
list) captured on the form but upon upgrading the db we find that the
fields have changed to radio buttons and are not populating the values
captured. Is there something that we've missed in the upgrade process or is
there a setting that we can adjust for the populating of the values?

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Displaying the borders and thematic layers in HTML report

2017-03-27 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Guys

I've solved this, it appears as if the boundary and thematic layers do not
display if you are using the nvd3.js and css libraries on the same HTML
page.
I've removed the references to these and then it works?

I was using the nvd3 libs that are packaged with dhis2 to create a chart
but now i'm not sure how to include it on the page?

Kind Regards

[Dhis2-devs] Displaying the borders and thematic layers in HTML report

2017-03-24 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Jan

I'm using this code to display a map in a report. DHIS 2.25

DHIS.getMap({
 mapViews: [{
 rows: [{dimension: "ou","items": [{"id": "LEVEL-5"},{"id":
"qLQDVrnUKX3"}]}],
 labels: true,
 labelFontSize: "11px",
 labelFontStyle: "normal",
 layer: "boundary"},
   {
 layer: "facility",
 rows: [{dimension: "ou","items": [{"id": "LEVEL-5"},{id:
orgUnit.id}]}],
 organisationUnitGroupSet: {"id": "BmSB4vqoDfI"},
 labels: true,
 labelFontSize: "11px",
 labelFontStyle: "normal",
 labelFontWeight: "bold",
 labelFontColor: "#00",
 areaRadius: null,
 opacity: 1
   }
 ],
 url: base,
 el: "distOfWardsMap"
});

but the borders do not show , I've also tried with a thematic layer.T he
points of the facilityshow but not the boundries or thematic layers. What
am I Missing here?

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Fwd: 404 Error when trying to use the DHIS2 menu in an APP

2017-02-27 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Viet

Thanks. I will have a look at this.

I was following the example in the DHIS2 documentation here
https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/developer/html/apps_adding_menu_to_you_app.html.
Perhaps that can be updated to the correct example.

Hi

Thanks for the quick reply.
The elvalue is correct as it works if I add the UIDs like

chartPlugin.load([{
columns: [{dimension : "dx",items: [ {id:UID1},{id:UID2} ] }],
rows :  [ {dimension : 'pe',items : [ {id : LAST_5_YEARS' } ]} ],
  filters: [{dimension: "ou",items: [{id: orgUnit.id }]} ],
  url: base,
  el: elValue
}]);

Yes. One could use ... "../" as the url value and it works.

Thank you

[Dhis2-devs] Embedding a Chart in a standard HTML Report

2016-11-25 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Devs

Is it necessary to include these parameters in a standard HTML Report

chartPlugin.url = "http://localhost:9090/dhis;;
chartPlugin.username = "user";
chartPlugin.password = "password";

If yes is there a script/api call to get the user password.

Pooben

Hi Jan

I've changed the script to use the gender UID as below but the Title and
labels are the only things that display and there is no error

DHIS.getChart({
url : base,
el : 'chart1',
type : 'column',
columns : [ {dimension:'NJEphFlHptZ',items : [ {id : 'EzyqzEZWZnJ' },{id :

filters : [{dimension : 'ou',items : [{id : orgUnit.id }] },{dimension :
'dx',items : [ {id : 'EKIxIlsirHJ' }]} ],
showData : true,
});

Is this what you meant?

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Embedding a chart on an HTML page

2016-11-07 Thread Pooben Dass
Thanks Jan

I would like to have the years display seperately. I've tried this

rows : [{dimension:'co'},{dimension : 'pe',items : [ {id : 'LAST_5_YEARS'} ]

but the co labels are the only things that display.
The chart is able to display in the visualiser but I would like to let it
display for different org units.
Attached is a sample

Hi Devs

I'm trying to embed a chart with category options on to an HTML page.

What is the correct format to map the co & de dimension? This is the
example for the de only?

DHIS.getChart({
url : base,
el : 'chart1',
type : 'pie',
columns : [ {dimension : 'de',items : [ {id : 'DE_UID' }] } ],
rows :  [ {dimension : 'pe',items : [ {id : 'PE_UID' } ]} ],
filters : [{dimension : 'ou',items : [{id : 'UID' }] } ],
showData : true,
});

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Exception when importing metadata dataelements

2015-04-01 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi

Thanks Romain. I solved it by doing just that I dropped the active column from
the dataelement table by running the SQL :-

ALTER TABLE dataelement DROP COLUMN active CASCADE (The CASCADE drops the
field from the views as well.)

Thanks again

Hi Pooben,

I know this problem! I’m sure you migrate your system recently form a version
2.something to the latest 2.18 without going through the 2.17?

If this is the case your database is not as the 2.18 expect it to be. I can’t
remember exactly how I solved it, but I think you have to remove column
“active” in a table.

If you confirm that you skipped the version 2.17. I can provide you with the
exact manipulation I did.

Regards,

Romain

Hi All

From looking at postgres it looks like the db restore is adding the active
field as a constraint to the table.

Looks like database was not amended or upgraded as later databases do not have
this ‘not null active field’

Thanks for the Help

I see that you csv file is actually correct in the sense that all the fields

that did not include making the option set UID here compulsory.

and Code columns are unique - if you import a data element with a name that
already exists in your DHIS2 instance (but where the UID is different), it will
import it and create a duplicate with no warning.

Hi

I am importing dataelements. See screen shot below.

The summary shows the import is successful but the server shows the exception
and the dataelement is not in the db.

2015-03-31 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi All

From looking at postgres it looks like the db restore is adding the active
field as a constraint to the table.

Looks like database was not amended or upgraded as later databases do not have
this ‘not null active field’

Thanks for the Help

[Dhis2-devs] Getting the OrgUnit id for a custom data Entry form

2015-02-24 Thread Pooben Dass
Hi Devs

Is there a way to get the orgunitid when the custom entry form initially
loads.

The dhis2.ou.event.orgUnitSelected event only works when an item is selected
in the tree and not on the initial form load

I would like to get the selected org id when the custom form is initialy
load. Currently I can get to the selected name on initial form load.

Hello there Pooben!

I've seen something like this before, Vanuatu uses a few custom forms and they
have the name of the facility listed somewhere in the header. I was able to get
the facility UID by poking around the javascript (example below). We then use a
json api request to get the facility name (but it seems like I might not have
to do that if I am reading your email correctly!).

Here is a snippet where I am grabbing the Org Unit id:

dhis2.util.on( 'dhis2.de.event.formReady', function( event, ds ) {

 var vuFacilityID = dhis2.de.currentOrganisationUnitId;

});

That variable above works all the way back to 2.14 (and maybe even further) and
works great on 2.18. I hope this helps and good luck!
