Launchpad seems to have hit some trouble the last few days http://identi.ca/launchpadstatus . There hasn't been a status update for 2 days but still looks troubled. It might be we will have to allow launchpad to stabilize before we can stabilize our own stuff. And it doesn't help that it is currently in maintenance mode (for the next two hours or so). Lars has r3509 on his laptop, so he will push (and overwrite) this version when LP is back. And we can patch this version up using the diffs from the commits mails. I just updated my cygwin bzr client on windows yesterday and can confirm it is also 2.3.1. So if you are using cygwin, pop over to http://cygwin.com/setup.exe and run the setup program to upgrade your packages.
