Hi Nayeem Thank you for your suggestion. The association of data element from the programs and program stages was removed. Removing foreign key references from trackedentitydataelementdimension, dataelementtranslations, dataelementattributevaluestables helped in deleting the data element. I don't know what the issue would be, but have you checked that there is nothing in the datavalue table with this dataelementid?
