Re: [Dhis2-users] Enhancements for 'Data capture for DHIS2' android app

2014-04-15 Thread Knut Staring
Hi Araz,

Thanks for the great work on this. Two questions:
1) How do I go about translating this app?
2) I need to run it on my laptop (in an emulator). For this, I guess I need
the .apk file?

[Dhis2-users] DHIS2 Tracker Java

2014-04-15 Thread Deemoyes
‎Dear All,Many thanks for the great work we have been doing so far. Please when is the Java version of the tracker be available. The one available presently isn't working with the DHIS server except there is a new and working version. We are having to use a browser enabled one on a mobile phone, which is quite prone to mistakes of username and password as against just have to use numbers after the username and password has been entered.Once again, many thanks for the great work we have been doing so far.Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

Yes, just use the shp and shx files from Mapshaper, not DBF. Just make a copy

I have been trying to convert my shapefile for Nigeria Admin0 and Admin1
levels into GML but its not working. I was able to convert the Admin2 at
but I am wondering, what could be the problem here.

I also tried converting without copying the dbf file from the Admin file
downloaded and it converted without errors but as soon as I tried to use it
with the dbf file that i copied from the download admin file for Nigeria, I
am unable to convert it.

Below is the response while trying to do that.

[Dhis2-users] Assigning data set on organisation Unit group in 2.14

2014-04-15 Thread Umutoni Gloria
Hello DHIS2 users.

we migrated from 2.13 to 2.14 and it seems that to assign dataset we must
assign them to Organisation Unit Group. for our cases we have organisation
unit group called Health center. for TB cases we have have two type of
Health centers CDT and CT where each group have its own dataset. on the
previous version we used to assign data set manually by HC but on 2.14 when
we assign them manually it doesn't work .Can anyone help on this.

Thank you

Re: [Dhis2-users] Assigning data set on organisation Unit group in 2.14

2014-04-15 Thread Lars Helge Øverland
Hi Gloria,

it should not at all be necessary to assign data sets through org unit
groups. I cannot reproduce this issue on our demo.

regards,

Lars

PS. I will get in contact with Andrew and try to get this sorted out.

Re: [Dhis2-users] [issue-tracker] Re: A series of (Hibernate-related?) errors when attempting to create new data elements

2014-04-15 Thread Lars Helge Øverland
Hi Cenk,

could it be that you have set the hibernate_sequence manually in your
database, more specifically decreased it ? DHIS 2/hibernate will pop the
next value from the sequence, assume its unique and use as primary key.

If this is the case, the fix is to bump the sequence higher than the
highest primary key acrosd all tables with setval().

cheers
