Hi Dapo, Usually when things seem to take hours there is an error message in the logs. Have you checked? It seems that a lot of people are inclined to change the admin password I have now set it to District1 again. Hi Lavi, we don't have the feature you suggest but we do have one that resembles it: You can use the count of organisation units in org unit groups inside indicator formulas. If you look in the indicator expression dialog there is a list in the top right corner which you can click in. For your specific use-case this of course means you have to maintain the data set assignments two places. As a quick start you could easily do a sql insert into - select from statement from datasetsource to orgunitgroupmembers table. Another aspect is that there is often not a one-to-one mapping between data sets and services. [Dhis2-users] Issues importing large CSV file into DHIS-2 2.16
Hi all, I have a csv file that has 608,000 records that I'm trying to import into DHIS-2. When I select the options and begin the upload the system seems to go into a loop, importing 10 or 11% and then starting again at zero. Does anyone know the number of records that the import CSV tool will accept? It seems to work with 30,000 records, but I'd rather not split the job into many separate files. Hi Randy, I can’t comment on an upper limit for csv import but I have managed to import over 120,000 records in one go. You could try to 608k locally and see if the connection just time’s out. [Dhis2-users] Quick way to add missing ISO weeks going back to 2011?
Hi all, I thought I saw a posting on inserting periods into the DHIS-2 for earlier periods in time, but can't seem to find it any longer. I need ISO weekly periods going back to 2011. I also notice that there are some instances where there are 53 ISO weeks in a year, but that does not appear to be an option in DHIS-2. Can someone advise? Hi, a note on how to upgrade to dhis version 2.16: The following changes *require* *action* on the implementer's side. - From data administration scheduling, scheduling should be deactivated, set according to your needs and finally activated. - A property encryption.password should be added to hibernate.properties file if you plan to use the data synchronization feature, see the docs https://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/implementer/html/ch08s02.html#d5e505 . The following database changes require *no action* and will happen automatically when running the new WAR file the first time. - Column completed of table programstageinstance has been removed and is replaced by the existing status column. - The values in column domaintype of table dataelement have been migrated from aggregate to AGGREGATE and from patient to TRACKER. - A column lastupdated will be added to table datavalue, this might take some time when starting up the system for the first time.
