Hello all, I try to set up a program in DHIS2 tracker. here's my methodology, I created a program called test. It is a single event with registration. I have an attribute called age. And I chose to rename the event date and the date of registration. I then went through the program stage and I chose a data element. Note that I've checked the Auto-generate event box. My problem is that when I'm going to record an event in (individual record / single event with registration), I chose dates that are different from the current date to the date, and the envent Enrollment date, but after recording, when I click on the icon detail of my record, my date and my Enrollment event dates are set to the current date. You can find my example in the Demo Version. I like to know if I hurt my sample set or if it is a software error. Thank's for helping and sorry for my english William N. D. [Dhis2-users] Unique IDs and Duplication of records
Hi, Can anyone advise how you can prevent duplication of records in Patient tracker and if there's a way of using system generated unique IDs for each record? As I see it currently if you add identical records already existing in the system DHIS2 still accepts them, is there a way of setting/configuring uniquely identifying each record instead of manually creating unique IDs which have to be entered as a field at data entry. [Dhis2-users] Single event with registration! event and enrollment dates return current date

Hi Felix, I have also got this message a few times. This is probably an issue the developers need to look into. To get around the problem in the meantime, just modify the Data Entry form Name slightly, maybe with a 1 at the end or something similar. That should help you save the form for now. You can change the name back to the original if you want. Hope that helps. yes, In Sri Lanka, some programmes they prefer to have radio buttons only. we are facing this issue in one instance we are planing to deploy DHIS2. Basically, because we are implementing the health services as part of the hierarchy. Hey Octavio, Let me try to explain to you how to solve your problem (or what i believe is what you want) You can get a all available fields by using the :all value for fields.
