[Dhis2-users] Problems accross computer/browser

Dear all,

For the last few days, I have some strange behaviour of my preproduction 
instance:


1.  On the computers from my organisation, I cannot work with Chrome and 
therefore work with Mozilla.

a.  the org unit tree is not loading in any data entry (data entry, event 
capture, tracker capture) interface

b.  But I can access the maintenance App (including the org unit tree in 
the specific section)


2.  On Chrome and on a personal computer:

a.   I can access all data capture interfaces and I can enter my data 
correctly.

b.  However, the program rules are not working anymore.

c.  And I cannot access the maintenance App...


I cannot produce resource tables for the analytical part with any 
computer/browser (process failed)...

How should I investigate what's going on?

And how about your server log (probably Tomcat, unless you are perhaps
running DHIS2 Live) ?

However, maybe the easiest approach for now is the screenshot method.

Well, if I remember correctly png download was available and working well,
in 2.16 so it may be that there are some issues with your setup.

I just tried with 2.14, and it works, so perhaps there is an issue with
your maps. Do you get the same error if you try to export to PDF?

Is there any message in your Tomcat log?

If you urgently need the maps, you could just take a screenshot.

Obviously this is not a full solution to your problems, but it is actually
the same solution we are currently recommending for 2.24.

If I understand correctly, you  have maps in the GIS module and want to
download them, but this is failing?

 Would you be able to upgrade to a more recent version of DHIS2?

[Dhis2-users] translate on tracker capture

Dears all,

 

I tried to use translate on tracker capture module for attributes and data
element but it didn't work, although it work well with data entry module
(Data Set) 

 

Could you please tell me it's a main problem or not, and what can I do to
solve this problem?
