Dear Morten,
I was trying to update the corrupted data set rather than creating a
new one that was my issue before. I deleted the corrupted one and do
the import again; it works perfect.

Hi Chris,

This normally is a result of loading a pivot with "too much" data. What too
much is is not entirely clear and can depend on a number of factors. Do you
get an "Aww snap!" message in the browser? Are you trying to load a "big"
pivot with lots of data?

If possible,  I would suggest to load smaller subsets of data or use the
"Download CSV" function if you are experiencing this issue.

Also, any browser console and/or server messages when executing the pivot
would be helpful to diagnose the problem.

[Dhis2-users] Problem rendering a pivot table

We are experiencing a problem running pivot tables on  version 2.26 of DHIS 2.  
 When the data is requested via the API, the data is returned very quickly. 
However when we  launch a pivot table, specifically with the all the data 
elements, the pivot table hangs.

Just to understand, what browser are you using ??

My friends also had the same issues with download blank excel file while
another person is able to load the full data.

Hi there Georgi,
In later versions of DHIS2 there is a selection for "ID Scheme" in the event 
export user interface. If you select "Code", the (possibly) readable codes of 
your orgUnits and data elements will be used instead of the UIDs. 

If you are on earlier versions, or if you want to do something more 
sophisticated, you can make your own web API query. The DHIS2 documentation 
provides details on what options you have for the ID scheme, but you will have 
to write the query yourself:

A tip for not having to construct the whole query from scratch; you can look at 
the web api calls that the event export app does, and modify this one. If you 
use chrome, open developer tools and click the network tab before going back to 
the page and clicking the "Export" button.
