Re: [Dhis2-users] attributes not showing up for program indicators

2018-01-23 Thread Em Le Hong
Hi Nick,

I and you both reported this bug last year on
https://jira.dhis2.org/browse/DHIS2-2200 and
https://jira.dhis2.org/browse/DHIS2-2202
and as you mentioned, we need to save an "empty expression" then go back to
edit. I'm ready wonder why we have to do that, it should be showed when we
create new Program Indicator and Edit it. For now it only show when we Edit.

Em,

Re: [Dhis2-users] Unknown error when importing events

2018-01-23 Thread Morten Olav Hansen
Hi Kelly

Would you mind filing an issue for this in JIRA? (jira.dhis2.org). We need
to know your DHIS2 version, how did you export the events (or did you
create them externally).

[Dhis2-users] dhis 2 symposium agenda shaping up

2018-01-23 Thread Lars Helge Øverland
Hi all,

The 2018 DHIS 2 Symposium agenda is starting to shape up. We have confirmed
speakers from WHO, MSF, University of Oslo, MSH and PEPFAR.

This year we are using Sched – the online agenda management platform to
manage the agenda and speaker list. As we confirm additional speakers we
will update the agenda here . We are
adding more breakout sessions so that we touch on a variety of different
topics from technical to implementation.

Read more here!

The symposium takes place on March 22nd and 23rd, FHI 360 Conference Center
in Washington D.C, USA. We look forward to seeing you there!

regards,

Lars

Re: [Dhis2-users] cancer registry

2018-01-23 Thread Knut Staring
Dear Kazem,

This is a very interesting use case.

However, as Mahdi was asking about on this list yesterday, it would
require cascading/hierarchical or master/detail option sets, which are not
currently supported. I hope some of the developers can chime in as to
whether this is already on the roadmap. I could not find an issue for it in
JIRA , and if so, I think it should be added, as
it comes up repeatedly. It is obviously easier to just have two levels than
an arbitrary number, so that is probably a good place to start.

But in the short run, you may need to put the master/detail logic on the
client side, in a bespoke webapp:
https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/developer/html/apps_creating_apps.html

Regards,
Knut

[Dhis2-users] Unknown error when importing events

2018-01-23 Thread Davis, Kelly
Hi all,

I've run into an unknown error when trying to import events into DHIS2. Does
anyone know how to resolve this issue?

[Dhis2-users] Fwd: cancer registry

2018-01-23 Thread Knut Staring
Hi Kazem,

I doubt anyone is currently using DHIS2 as a cancer registry, but that
should be quite possible. It seems to be WHO Lyon that are manage them:
http://codes.iarc.fr/abouticdo.php

Let me forward your request to the proper forum, namely the DHIS2 user list
(sign up: https://www.dhis2.org/contact)

Do you already have the list of ICD-O codes in Excel or similar? Then it
can be imported:
https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/developer/html/webapi_csv_metadata_import.html#webapi_csv_option_sets

Maybe you tell us a bit about more about your organization and use case?

Best regards,
Knut

I see it is present in 2.27 and 2.28, however it seems to be fixed on the
latest snapshot/development version; hopefully this fix will trickle down soon.

For now as a work-around, I have been saving the indicator with the expression
empty. If you then go back and edit the indicator, the tracked entity attribute
list should display properly.
