[Dhis2-users] Event Capture problems

2015-10-23 Thread Iuri Fanti
Hi all,

I have a couple of problems with the Event Capture app (single event
without registration).

If I click on the drop down menu for the available programs, it shows
programs that I deleted. Even after cleaning the browser cache and the
app cache (from Data Administration --> Cache statistics --> Clean
cache) it keeps showing those entries. I looked for them directly in
the database as well, but I couldn't find them.

The second problem is that I can't see any options for the Option sets
in the program stage during data entry. Clicking on the drop down
menu, all I get is a text field with a lens and the caption "Select or
search from the list".

All the best,

Iuri

Whenever you clear the browser cache, try restarting the browser also. Did
you try private/incognito mode?

2015-10-26 Thread Iuri Fanti
With private/incognito mode the non-existent programs disappeared from
the drop down menu. I guess it's a useful info to solve the problem in
the real-life DHIS. Anyway, the problem with the option sets is still
there: no options in the drop down menus.

I solved the problem with the non-existent programs: I deleted the
cookies related to "localhost". They were described as "local
storage". So, it's something that DHIS should do by itself, someway.

I'm now encountering a similar issue to this original post.

We have a program A with one program stage assigned to every facility in
the instance. It works properly.

We just now added a new program B with a new program stage and assigned it
to every facility in the instance. Data elements have been assigned to the
stage and a tracked entity with 2 attributes (the same ones used for
Program A) have been assigned to program B.

When I go to do data entry using Tracker Capture and pick a facility, the
only program available in the pull down is Program A... although Program B
is set up the same way. I have cleared the cache per the method outlined
here ,
logged in to the instance in Incognito mode to no avail. I've even run
Analytics and cleared the Cache through the Data Administration app. I
cannot access Program B.

Any ideas please?
