2000-09-22 Thread Arjan J. Molenaar

Hi,

I've done some changes to my site lately, moved some stuff around etc.

Would you please update the link to DiaCanvas:

Thanks,

Arjan

can't compile the source

2000-09-22 Thread fre

Hi,

After a successful? configure, I failed to compile
dia.

This is the output:
make all-recursive
make[1]: Entering directory `/opt/dia-0.86'
Making all in lib
make[2]: Entering directory `/opt/dia-0.86/lib'
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I../intl -I/usr/lib/glib/include
-I/usr/X11R6/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -I/usr/include/gnome-xml
-I/usr/lib/glib/include -I/usr/X11R6/include
-DDIA_SHEETDIR=\"/opt/gnome/share/dia/sheets\" -DLIBDIR=\"/opt/gnome/lib\"
-DDATADIR=\"/opt/gnome/share/dia\" -g -O2 -Wall -Wunused -Winline
-Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations -fomit-frame-pointer
-finline-functions -fstrict-aliasing -c -o dia_xml.o `test -f dia_xml.c || echo
'./'`dia_xml.c
make[2]: Leaving directory `/opt/dia-0.86/lib'
make[1]: Leaving directory `/opt/dia-0.86'
dia_xml.c:24: parser.h: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
make[2]: *** [dia_xml.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

A file named parser.h is missing. Which library I missed to install?

Thanx in advance

Franz

Looks like libxml is missing or too old, but configure should have
detected that. What version libxml do you use?
