I think that's the largest change log for Phobos I have seen. When are you planning on branching master?

Not exactly, the latest ldc release is at 2.070, one behind dmd: https://github.com/ldc-developers/ldc/releases/tag/v1.0.0 Ldc master is now in sync with the latest dmd.
